Where a role genuinely cannot be filled locally, we can extend the search internationally. We refer any immigration questions to authorised immigration specialists and never promise sponsorship or visas.

A structured process from role design to a smooth start — with your decision at the centre.

    We start by defining the outcomes the role must deliver, the must-have capabilities and the realities of your team — so we are recruiting for the right thing from day one.

  2. Sourcing

    We attract candidates locally and, where needed, internationally, drawing on the free 247 Talent Network and targeted campaigns.

  3. WorkFit matching

    We assess capability and fit against the role using structured, evidence-led WorkFit matching — AI supports the evidence gathering; people interpret it.

  4. Structured shortlisting

    You receive a clear, comparable shortlist with the evidence behind each person, not a stack of unscreened CVs. Candidates consent before we present them to you.

  5. Employer selection

    You interview and choose. Every hiring decision is yours — AI never decides who is employed.

  6. Onboarding

    We support a smooth start so your new team member is set up to contribute quickly and stay.

Pricing

Pricing linked to retention, not just placement

We want the people we place to stay and succeed, so our pricing is built around retention rather than a one-off fee for a warm body. Employers pay recruitment costs; candidates are never charged for jobs, placement or recruitment.

  • 7.5% of agreed annual base salary, paid in three equal 2.5% instalments — at commencement, six months and twelve months, with no minimum fee.
  • Two-thirds of the fee is earned only if the person is still with you at six and twelve months.
  • A Role Launch fee covers role design up front and is credited against the commencement instalment.
  • Candidates pay nothing — ever — for jobs, placement or recruitment.

Approval placeholder: Fees are calculated on base salary for contracted hours, so smaller and part-time roles cost less. The New Zealand Role Launch amount is confirmed on approval and never copied from Australian pricing. See the pricing page for detail.
