247 Staff New Zealand
Employer Terms
A summary of how our recruitment and workforce services work for employers. Full contractual terms are provided before you engage us.
Draft under review: This wording is being finalised and reviewed for New Zealand requirements ahead of full launch. It does not yet constitute the final published policy.
Employer-paid recruitment
Employers pay recruitment costs. Candidates are never charged for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs.
Retention-aligned fees
Our recruitment fee is 7.5% of the employee's agreed annual base salary, paid in three equal 2.5% instalments — at commencement, at six months and at twelve months of continued employment — with no minimum fee. It is calculated on base salary for contracted hours, excluding KiwiSaver, bonuses, commissions and allowances unless otherwise quoted. The Role Launch fee is credited against the commencement instalment; its New Zealand dollar amount is confirmed on commercial approval and never copied from Australian pricing.
Candidate data
You receive only authorised, consented candidate information, and agree to handle it lawfully and only for the purpose of the relevant role. Decision notes and access are recorded for audit.
Fair and lawful hiring
You agree to make employment decisions lawfully and fairly, with reasonable accommodation, and to provide employment conditions clearly. Humans make employment decisions; AI supports evidence and administration.
Immigration and accreditation
247 Staff does not provide immigration advice and makes no accreditation, immigration or sponsorship claims on your behalf. Where advice is required it is referred to authorised immigration specialists. "Employer is accredited" and "this role is eligible" are separate matters and must be verified independently.
No legal, payroll or tax advice
The 247 Workforce platform helps you stay organised and produces payroll-ready data. It is not a payroll engine and 247 Staff does not provide legal, payroll or tax advice.
