Who we are
247 Staff New Zealand provides Human + AI workforce services. Final New Zealand entity and contact details are being confirmed ahead of launch. Enquiries can be sent to hello@247staff.co.nz.
What we collect
We collect information you provide through our forms and accounts — such as your name, contact details, business information, role requirements and enquiry details — and basic technical information needed to run the website securely.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to enquiries, provide recruitment and workforce services, operate the 247 Workforce platform and meet our legal obligations. AI supports evidence collection and administration; people make employment decisions.
Consent and candidate presentation
Candidates control consent before being presented to an employer. Employers pay recruitment costs — candidates are never charged for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs.
Sharing and overseas processing
We share information only as needed to deliver our services (for example with an employer you have consented to, or trusted service providers). Where information is processed overseas, disclosures are being reviewed for New Zealand requirements ahead of launch.
Your rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information. See the candidate privacy notice for candidate-specific controls.
What we don't do
247 Staff does not provide legal, payroll, tax or immigration advice, and does not sell your personal information.
