The Role Launch fee covers professional role design and campaign preparation — the groundwork that makes a search succeed.

The recruitment fee is 7.5% of agreed annual base salary, paid in three equal 2.5% instalments at commencement, six months and twelve months, with no minimum fee. The Role Launch fee is NZ$599 and is credited against the commencement instalment — set in NZD (the AUD $500 reference converted at ~1.21 AUD→NZD), not copied 1:1. See the pricing page for detail.
