How to raise a complaint
Email hello@247staff.co.nz with a description of your concern and how we can contact you. You can raise a complaint as a candidate, an employer or a member of the public.
What happens next
We acknowledge complaints, look into them fairly, and aim to respond with an outcome or a clear next step. Employment and selection concerns are reviewed by people.
Candidate concerns
Candidates are never charged for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs. If you have been asked to pay for any of these, please tell us — it is not how we operate.
Immigration matters
247 Staff does not provide immigration advice. Immigration concerns are referred to authorised immigration specialists.
Escalation
Our full New Zealand complaints and escalation process, including any external avenues, is being finalised ahead of launch.
