Employers pay, candidates never do

Employers pay recruitment costs. Candidates are never charged for jobs, placement access or recruitment costs. 247 Staff does not sell job offers, and no payment guarantees a job, interview, sponsorship or visa.

Consent and human decisions

Candidate consent is required before employer presentation. AI supports evidence collection and administration; people make employment decisions. We do not use unexplained AI rejection scores.

Reciprocal Pacific partnerships

We seek long-term, reciprocal workforce and training relationships across the Pacific — not low-cost labour extraction. We recruit locally where required and start with genuine vacancies and documented capability needs.

Clear immigration boundaries

247 Staff does not claim AEWV accreditation, immigration approval or authority to provide immigration advice unless formally confirmed. Immigration advice is referred to authorised immigration specialists. "Employer is accredited" and "this role is eligible" are separate matters and are verified before display.

Fair, transparent employment

We support transparent, lawful and fair employment: clearly stated salary, location, hours and conditions; reasonable accommodation; settlement and cultural onboarding information; and 30-, 60- and 90-day welfare reviews for international placements.

Respect and review

We use respectful New Zealand English, respect Te Tiriti-informed expectations and Māori participation where relevant, and have any te reo Māori or Pacific-language and cultural content reviewed by appropriate people before publication. We do not imply partnerships, licences or accreditations before they are confirmed.
